About Info

Rebecca Maxwell is currently studying a bachelor of design in Fashion at Massey University, Wellington, New Zealand.

Fashion inspires me to make garments that are new and exciting. Existing garments with eye-catching fabrics and textures inspire me to use the materials and change the garment into something completely different. Fabrics, textures and all things around me are my inspiration in fashion design.

My specialties are patternmaking, from a flat form to a 3D garment, construction and designing. I also have other interests in textile print, fashion photography and styling.
